Tak sulit untuk membuktikan bahwa Indonesia adalah negara agamis. Bisa dikatakan hampir seluruh penduduk negeri ini memeluk salah satu agama, entah itu agama yang diakui oleh negara maupun yang tidak. Jumlah rumah ibadahpun amat banyak, ada dimana-mana.Andai untuk mendirikan rumah ibadah tak perlu ijin kanan kiri maka jumlah rumah ibadah akan lebih banyak lagi. Saat jam ibadah terutama pada hari wajib, rumah ibadah ini selalu penuh sesak sehingga seberapapun besarnya hampir tak cukup untuk menampung jumlah jemaahnya. Pokoknya fenomena keberagamaan (peribadatan) begitu luar biasa, dasyat. Ibarat kata tempat ibadah tak pernah sepi pengunjung. Kelompok, group atau klub keagamaan muncul dimana-mana, di lembaga pemerintahan, swasta (perusahaan-pabrik), tempat-tempat pendidikan (kampus dan sekolah) dan pemukiman-pemukiman. Saking bersemangatnya tempat apapun bisa dijadikan sebagai ‘rumah ibadah’, alhasil ritual keagamaan atau peribadatan bisa berlangsung di ruko, mall, sport hall, hotel, aula, bahkan di tempat-tempat rekreasi sekalipun. Pendek kata untuk urusan doa, sembahyang atau ibadat; semboyan siapa, kapan dan dimana saja tak bisa diklaim milik Coca Cola belaka.
Sayang untuk urusan ibadah dan doa tidak ada satupun lembaga survey di dunia ini yang tertarik untuk melakukan pemeringkatan. Maka sejak jaman manusia pertama mulai berdoa sampai saat ini tidak pernah ada satupun daftar yang berisi peringkat soal kerajinan berdoa dari negara-negara yang ada di muka bumi ini. Kalau saja ada pasti Indonesia akan masuk dalam urutan tinggi untuk urusan rajin berdoa atau beribadat. Namun sebaiknya memang tidak usah ada, sebab kita akan malu karena tiap tahun TI (Transparency International) dalam laporan surveynya selalu menempatkan Indonesia dalam posisi tinggi untuk urusan korupsi. Nah mau ditaruh dimana muka kita kalau ‘piala juara doa’ dan ‘piala juara korupsi’ dianugerahkan pada satu kesempatan secara bersamaan?. Tapi mungkin sesekali perlu juga, terutama agar kita bisa berefleksi tentang apa korelasi masyarakat agamis dengan korupsi?.
Dalam masyarakat agamis tentu saja korupsi tidak sekedar kriminal tetapi juga sebuah keberdosaan. Sebab korupsi tidak semata-mata hanya merugikan keuangan negara melainkan juga melawan ajaran, kehendak dan perintah ‘Sang Dia’ yang selalu kita agung-agungkan dalam setiap doa-doa kita. Jadi sebenarnya agak aneh bin ajaib kalau kita rajin berdoa tetapi tidak takut berdosa. Korupsi nampaknya memang tidak pandang bulu, siapa saja bisa melakukannya dan terjadi dimana-mana. Korupsi rupanya juga sudah terjadi sejak jaman dahulu kala, maka Allah pun bertitah pada Nabi-NYA “Janganlah kamu menerima suap, yang membutakan orang bijak dan membengkokkan kata-kata orang yang adil”. Tetapi sekalipun dilaknat oleh Allah toh korupsi tetap saja merajalela di mana-mana. Dan konon di Indonesia justru makin menggila setelah tumbangnya orde baru. Desentralisasi lewat otonomi daerah secara potensial turut menyebarkan potensi korupsi sampai ke daerah-daerah. Ada semacam gurauan yang mengatakan kalau di masa orde baru, korupsi terjadi di bawah meja (sembunyi-sembunyi); sedangkan di masa reformasi korupsi tidak lagi sembunyi-sembunyi karena mejanya sudah dibawa lari (sudah dikorupsi juga).
Korupsi dalam pengertian spesifik kerap dikenali sebagai mengambil atau merugikan uang negara dengan cara tidak sah untuk keuntungan atau memperkaya diri sendiri (bisa juga kelompok, dll). Namun sebenarnya korupsi tidak sekedar uang belaka, korupsi sesungguhnya amat multidimensional, menyangkut berbagai aspek kehidupan baik di ranah publik maupun privat. Karena itu ada banyak istilah atau nama yang bisa dirujuk sebagai padanan dari perilaku koruptif. Di kelas masyarakat bawah atau sederhana korupsi bisa ditemukan dalam istilah uang semir, uang pelicin, sogok, suap, uang lelah, uang rokok, uang bensin, uang kopi, uang administrasi, uang foto kopi, uang transport sampai (istilah Parni Hadi) susu tante (sumbangan sukarela tanpa tekanan). Di level atau kelas lebih tinggi, istilahnya bisa lebih keren, seperti fee, komisi, bagi hasil, sumbangan rekanan, biaya konsultasi, entertaint, pengembalian proyek, saving, dan lain-lain yang umumnya tidak lagi dalam bentuk tunai. Karena tidak tunai maka nilainya bisa sangat besar, entah dalam bentuk saham, barang mewah, tiket atau voucher liburan, cek, kontrak proyek, lahan, rumah dan kalau perlu perempuan alias senang-senang.
Proses korupsi sendiri tidak selalu berbau uang, tetapi akhirnya akan berkaitan dengan UUD atau ujung-ujungnya duit. Persis dengan slogan uang bukan segalanya, tapi tak akan ada segala sesuatu tanpa uang. Jika segala sesuatu butuh uang, namun kemudian uang itu ‘disunat’ maka jelas yang akan menjadi korban adalah soal waktu, tenaga dan kwalitas baik barang maupun jasa yang dihasilkan olehnya. Apabila itu gedung, maka gedung itu hanya megah di saat peresmian dan tak lama kemudian ongkos pemeliharaan dan perbaikan akan jauh lebih besar daripada untuk membangunnya. Kalau itu jalan maka masa penggunaannya jadi lebih pendek dan akan merugikan penggunanya. Kalau itu buku pelajaran maka isinya tak layak dijadikan bahan ajar. Kalau itu Surat Ijin Mengemudi, maka tak akan menjamin pemegangnya tahu sopan santun berlalu lintas. Kalau itu keputusan pengadilan, maka tak membuktikan bahwa menang berarti benar atau tidak bersalah. Kalau itu gelar kesarjanaan, maka tak akan otomatis pemegangnya mempunyai nalar intelektual. Dari sini jelas bahwa satu tindakan korupsi akan melahirkan efek berantai dan sangat merugian di kelak kemudian hari.
Kembali ke soal doa atau ibadah tadi, jangan-jangan juga sudah dikorupsi. Buktinya, kerajinan (bahkan keranjingan) melakukan ritual keagamaan ternyata tidak menghasilkan kekuatan kolektif dan korektif atas perilaku koruptif dari warga negara ini. Kalaupun ada kesalehan, ternyata justru muncul dalam bentuk toleransi atas kong kali kong, persekutuan busuk dan tahu sama tahu – TST yang membuat korupsi seakan-akan menjadi way of life dari bangsa ini seperti halnya kehidupan keberagamaan. Maka tak usah heran, jika pejabat yang saat kampanye mulutnya berbusa dengan janji mewujudkan good and clean governance, kemudian dilantik dan disumpah di hadapan rakyat (karena disiarkan televisi) tak lama kemudian tega membohongi rakyatnya dengan lebih dahulu ‘merampok’ kekayaan daerah atau negara, dan kalau ada sisa baru dibagi-bagikan kepada rakyatnya. Saking teganya, konon proyek-proyek atau kegiatan yang berkaitan ada kaitan dengan meningkatkan hidup dan kwalitas keagamaan juga tak lepas dari bau-bau korupsi.
Semangat dan niat untuk memberantas korupsi dari pemerintah saat ini boleh jadi sangat besar dan patut dihargai. Perangkat undang-undang, kelembagaan atau pengorganisasian, prosedur dan pendanaan boleh dibilang juga lumayan. Tapi semua tidak akan bermakna jika tidak disertai oleh kreatifitas dan inovasi dalam pelaksanaan. Sebab jika penyelidikan atau penyidikan atas korupsi dijalan seperti memeriksa perilaku kriminil pada umumnya maka tak akan banyak kasus korupsi bisa diselesaikan di muka pengadilan dengan cara yang memuaskan dan memenuhi asas rasa keadilan masyarakat luas. Korupsi di Indonesia, entah karena kelihaian pelakunya atau sebab lainnya, sebagian besar sulit untuk dicari buktinya. Ibarat kentut, kita bisa mencium baunya, tapi sulit untuk memastikan siapa yang menghembuskan bau busuknya.
Pengalaman baik dari negara ini maupun negara-negara lain telah membuktikan bahwa korupsi tidak bisa dihapus dengan segera dan serta-merta. Perlu usaha bertahap dan kesabaran yang luar biasa, yang bisa dimulai dari diri sendiri. Lee Kuan Yew, secara heroik memulai dari dirinya sendiri (dari atas) dan setelah puluhan tahun baru bisa membuat Singapura lumayan bersih. Republik Rakyat Cina telah mengirimkan 100-an koruptor ke akhirat dengan peti mati yang disediakan sang Presiden, tapi belum juga bisa dikatakan berada dalam kondisi ideal. Kita bersama berharap bahwa iklim demokrasi dan niat pemerintah untuk mewujudkan ‘clean and good governance’ bisa perlahan membersihkan Indonesia dari kabut korupsi. Tapi dengan prasyarat bahwa seluruh rakyat harus turut mengawal (seperti banyaknya niat rakyat mengawal RUU APP) kinerja demokrasi kita. Sebab (kembali meminjam istilah dari Parni Hadi) demokrasi bisa jadi berarti yang gede diemek-emek, yang kecil dikerasi (yang besar dielus-elus, yang kecil digencet) atau gede montok tak berisi ( orangnya tinggi besar, tapi otaknya tak berisi).
Akhir kata, tulisan ini sama sekali tidak bermaksud untuk mengatakan bahwa doa-doa kita tidak ada artinya dan juga tak hendak mengajak kita untuk mengurangi intensitas peribadatan saudara-saudari sebangsa dan setanah air Indonesia. Konon menurut berita, di kawasan Skandinavia, tepatnya di Finlandia sebuah negeri yang sumberdaya alamnya sangat tidak variatif tapi mempunyai pendapatan perkapita yang termasuk sebagai salah satu terbaik di dunia, tingkat kriminalitasnya hampir nol dan korupsinya juga mendekati nihil. Kondisi ini bisa dikaitkan dengan sebagian penduduknya yang dikenal sangat religius, sehingga rumah-rumah ibadah tetap penuh meskipun salju turun amat lebat dan suhu mencapai minus 30 derajat celcius. Semangat religius ini menghasilkan spirit kolektif untuk hidup sederhana, tidak suka memupuk banyak kebutuhan dan tidak melirik barang-barang yang bukan miliknya. Spirit seperti inilah yang akhirnya menjadi hukum bisa menjadi kekuatan korektif kolusi, penyuapan, uang semir dan tindakan-tindakan kriminal lainnya. Hasilnya roda ekonomi berjalan dengan lancar dan mengalami pertumbuhan sehingga negara yang sebenarnya bermodal pas-pasan ini mampu tumbuh menjadi negara kaya dan rakyatnya sejahtera. Singkat kata, kita sebenarnya sudah punya modal pertama, yaitu masyarakat religius atau agamis, kini saatnya tinggal kita melangkah untuk memupuk modal kedua yaitu mulailah malu untuk korupsi, malu mengambil uang atau kekayaan masyarakat-rakyat-negara, uang atau kekayaan yang bukan merupakan hak kita. Kesempatan untuk menjadikan negeri ini nir korupsi masih terbuka lebar untuk kita. Selamat berdoa dan tinggalkan korupsi mulai sekarang juga.

Unless hackers and viruses have turned a new leaf what did I do that fixed my pc. It was glitching every so often the programs would say not responding and have a white film over them I couldn't do nothing I did the following. Scanned for viruses with Nod 32 scanned with spy bot (found faults) scanned with pc utillities (found faults) I also booted and tryed fixing with the windows cd the final thing I tried was to boot in safe mode which was the last thing I did and it started working so was it the safe mode and the only thing I can see altering is the visual display. did this fix my pc. Just dont want to do it again thaTS ALL
